Governing Law/Dispute Resolution

Each party retains the right to obtain judicial assistance for the following reasons: (a) to compel arbitration; (b) to obtain interim measures of protection pending or during arbitration; and (c) to enforce any decision of the arbitrator, including the final award. The parties agree that the courts of Mumbai, India are appropriate courts within which to hear such matters and/or enforce each award, the site user hereby consent to and submit to the jurisdiction of the courts located in the Mumbai, India and waive any defenses based upon lack of personal jurisdiction or venue or inconvenient forum.
