Founder of the Maddock Films banner and co-founder of Illuminati Films with actor Saif Ali Khan, Dinesh Vijan is one of the most promising producers of the present generation. He got his big break with his maiden film Being Cyrus (2005). Since his debut, Dinesh Vijan has been consistent in producing both commercially and critically successful films, like Hijack (2008), Love Aaj Kal (2009), Agent Vinod (2012), Cocktail (2012), Go Goa Gone (2013), Lekar Hum Deewana Dil (2014), Finding Fanny (2014), Happy Ending (2014), Badlapur (2015), Hindi Medium (2017) and Stree (2018). But his directorial debut Raabta (2017), starring Sushant Singh Rajput, bombed at the box office and was also dissed by the critics.
