Angad Singh Bedi is a model and actor who has appeared in Hindi films as well as on television. He is the son of the famous Indian cricketer and former Test captain Bishan Singh Bedi. Born and raised in Delhi, Angad Singh Bedi did his schooling from the Gyan Bharati School in the national capital. He also played cricket in the under-19 category for Delhi.
Angad Bedi graduated from St Stephen's College, Delhi. Meanwhile, he started taking up modelling assignments. Angad Bedi acted in Sashi Kumar's Kaya Taran (2004), based on the Malayalam short story When a Big Tree Falls by NS Madhavan. His next movies were F.A.L.T.U. (2011), Ungli (2014), Pink (2016), Dear Zindagi (2016) and Tiger Zinda Hai (2017). He portrayed hockey player Bikramjit Singh, older brother of India hockey star Sandeep Singh, in the biopic Soorma (2018) starring Diljit Dosanjh and Taapsee Pannu.
Angad Bedi hosted the first season of Emotional Atyachar, a reality show, on the UTV Bindass channel. He also appeared in a cooking show called Cook Na Kaho on the STAR One channel.
He was a participant in the reality show Fear Factor: Khatron Ke Khiladi, Season 3, the only season hosted by film star Priyanka Chopra, on the TV channel Colors. He also acted in the Colors TV show 24, starring Anil Kapoor. He played the lead in the Amazon Prime series Inside Edge.
Angad Bedi is currently working on Joy Augustine’s The Little Godfather. He is married to popular film actress Neha Dhupia.
