These seven onscreen couples recreated Rhett and Scarlett's romantic poses

1 Barsaat (1949)

Released a decade after the American classic first premiered, Raj Kapoor and Nargis' romantic reunion on the Barsaat poster ended up becoming the logo for Kapoor's studio, R.K. Films.

2 1942: A Love Story (1997)

Filmmaker Vidhu Vinod Chopra's magnum opus set in the British Raj showed off the first time pairing of Anil Kapoor and Manisha Koirala on its poster.

3 Goliyon Ki Raasleela Ram-Leela (2013)

Another first time couple, Ranveer Singh and Deepika Padukone were brought together on the poster of Sanjay Leela Bhansali's transported Romeo and Juliet tale.

4 Bang Bang (2014)

The official remake of Knight and Day (2014), Bang Bang's poster had Hrithik Roshan and Katrina Kaif stepping into Tom Cruise and Cameron Diaz's shoes.

5 Rang Rasiya (2014)

The Rang Rasiya poster finds Randeep Hooda essaying the 19th century painter Raja Ravi Varma and Nandana Sen as his muse Sughandha.

6 Bombay Velvet (2015)

Anurag Kashyap's period take on 1960s Mumbai, crime and jazz featured Ranbir Kapoor as the boxer Balraj and Anushka Sharma as a jazz singer Rosie.

7 Dilwale (2015)

The ever lovable pair of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol reunited onscreen after five years in Rohit Shetty's romantic musical Dilwale.
