Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi trailer: A son returns to challenge the status quo in his village

In the upcoming SonyLIV series Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi (2022), Vaibhav Tatwawadi stars as the prodigal son who returns home to his native village to great fanfare.

But as he receives a hero’s welcome, Nirmal discovers that while he may have changed for the better, his village and its residents have stayed in the past.

The progressive Nirmal challenges everyone around him, including his own family. He then has a decision to make: leave, or stay to make a change for the better.

The series balances out these weighty issues with a bit of humour while addressing the key points of an ages-old system.

The showrunner of Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi is Naren Kumar. The series has been written by Rahul Pandey and co-directed by Pandey and Satish Nair. The Hindi original, created by Kyra Kumar Kreations, is produced by Naren Kumar and Mahesh Korade.

Besides Tatwawadi, Nirmal Pathak Ki Ghar Wapsi stars Alka Amin, Vineet Kumar, Pankaj Jha, Akash Makhija, Kumar Saurabh, Garima Singh and Ishita Ganguly.
