Saunkan Saunkne song ‘Saade Kothe Utte’: Romance blossoms in this happy, colourful song


Sung by Ammy Virk and Nimrat Khaira, the duet is about a couple falling in love with each other.

Ammy Virk, Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira will be seen together in the upcoming Punjabi feature Saunkan Saunkne, which will hit theatres on 13 May.

The song ‘Saade Kothe Utte’, released from the film, features Khaira with Virk. Earlier, the song 'Gall Mann Le Meri', sung by Gurlez Akhtar, was released.

Sung by Ammy Virk and Nimrat Khaira, the number has been composed is Bunty Bains, who has also written the lyrics. The music has been provided by Desi Crew.

The film features Virk and Mehta as a couple, who have been married for six years. As they are unable to have a child, Mehta starts contemplating the idea that her husband should bring home another wife. She proposes that her own sister, played by Khaira, should be considered as she would be ideal for him. Although Virk seems reluctant at first, he does get married and brings home a second wife.

In this song, we see romance blossoming between the newly married couple, Virk and Khaira. We see the two of them teasing each other and stealing glances at each other. Khaira is seen in colourful outfits as she spends time with her husband in the fields, grinning from ear to ear. She talks animatedly as the mother-in-law and husband listen to her in rapt attention. 

Directed by Amarjit Singh Saron and written by Amberdeep Singh, the entire look of the film is a colourful, vibrant one. The additional cast includes Nirmal Rishi, Kaka Kautki and Sukhwinder Chahal.
