The release date of the Punjabi feature Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga (2022), starring Gippy Grewal and Tanu Grewal, has been pushed back by a week.

The film was originally slated for release on 25 August 2022. It will now be released on 2 September.

Gippy Grewal’s Yaar Mera Titliaan Warga to be released on 25 August

Gippy Grewal shared a poster for the film with the new date.

The poster features Tanu Grewal trying to catch a bus while, in a scene reminiscent of Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol's iconic Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge (1995), Gippy Grewal is holding out his hand to help her board. The title of the film, which suggests a person who flits from one beautiful thing to another, is also written in the context of the bus in the poster.

Earlier, an animated poster for the film featured the lead pair texting on their phones. Given the title and the posters shared so far, it seems to be a romantic drama about the ways in which technology distances people from each other, creating problems in relationships.

Directed by Vikas Vashisht, the film is written by Naresh Kathooria and produced by Gippy Grewal, Ravneet Kaur Grewal and Ashu Munish Sahni.
