Ammy Virk shares poster of his upcoming film Sher Bagga

Punjabi actor and singer Ammy Virk is on a roll. His film Saunkan Saunkne, starring Sargun Mehta and Nimrat Khaira, is running successfully in theatres and he has announced the release date of his upcoming film, Sher Bagga.

Virk shared the poster, saying that Sher Bagga has been made with a lot of love and that it will be a major entertainer. He also made a reference to his long association with the writer and director of the film, Jagdeep Sidhu, saying that this film is sure to be one of the best films of the filmmaker.

He also praised the performance of his co-star Sonam Bajwa, adding that the trailer of Sher Bagga will be released soon.

The poster of the film suggests that it is about the travails of being parents as it shows a pregnant Bajwa looking exasperated while a smiling Virk is holding a baby on a harness. The colourful poster also features cartoon lions and balloons suggestive of babies. Another poster shows Virk and Bajwa as a couple happy together.

Sidhu and Virk have worked on several films together, including the sports film Harjeeta (2018) and the romantic dramas Qismat (2018), Sufna (2020) and Qismat 2 (2021). 

Sher Bagga is presented by Daljit Thind and Virk and is backed by Thind Motion Films and Ammy Virk Productions. The film will be released on 10 June.
