The first trailer of director Razneesh ‘Razy’ Ghai’s Dhaakad laid out the story of Agent Agni (Kangana Ranaut) being given the task of eliminating the ruthless Rudraveer (Arjun Rampal) who is running a secret human-trafficking racket from the coal mines of central India.
The second trailer sees Agent Agni and Rudraveer in action mode. The promo is about how strong both characters are and hence, it promises an exciting clash when they actually come face-to-face in the movie.
The latest trailer is also much more brutal with both characters indulging in all kinds of stabbings. In fact, the violence and gore shown here are on par with that of adult crime web-series. Like the first trailer, there aren’t too many dialogues in this one too.
At the same time, the trailer is also more pleasing in terms of visuals. The dark theme and the colour grading lend it a very international look.
Ranaut continues to impress once again during the action sequences. Rampal is more brutal this time around. Divya Dutta, who plays a sex worker, again gets limited screen time.
