Priya Saraiya, Parthiv Gohil host Top Music Awards for Gujarati music

The radio channel TOP FM presented the Top Music Awards on 5 March to honour artistes in the Gujarati music scene. Priya Saraiya and Parthiv Gohil hosted the awards ceremony, along with Mansi Parthiv Gohil and Ojas Rawal in Ahmedabad.
The chief minister of Gujarat Bhupendra Patel, state home minister Harsh Sanghvi and politician-industrialist Parimal Nathwani were present at the event.
Music artistes Kavita Seth, Mahalakshmi Iyer, Kirtidan Gadhvi, Osman Mir, Parth Bharat Thakkar, and Mehul Surti, along with film artistes Hitu Kanodia, Mona Thiba, Sandeep Patel, Aarti Patel and Anshul Trivedi also attended the ceremony.
There were performances by Aghori Muzik, Santvani Trivedi, Kairavi Buch, Jigardan Gadhvi, Aditya Gadhvi, Priya Saraiya, Parthiv Gohil, Mansi Parthiv Gohil, Parth Ojha, Sanjay Ojha, Osman Mir and Aamir Mir.
The winners were selected by a panel of jurors. The awards were announced by the Gujarat home minister.
The Lifetime Achievement award was given to Gaurang Vyas by the chief minister for his contribution to the world of music. The ceremony also paid a tribute to brothers Naresh – Mahesh who died within days of each other in November 2020.
The radio channel has been operating in eight different cities in Gujarat and five different cities in Jammu and Kashmir for three years.
