Ni Main Sass Kutni to be released on 29 April

The Punjabi-language feature Ni Main Sass Kutni, starring singer Mehtab Virk in his film debut, will be released on 29 April.

The comedy-drama revolves around the conflict between a daughter-in-law and mother-in-law.

Virk shared the poster on Instagram, writing, “Nooh te sass da muqabla honn jaa rhea hai 29 April 2022 nu! karlo saare tyari”, and saying that the competition between daughter-in-law and mother-in-law will take place on 29 April, the release date of the film.

Directed by Parveen Kumar, the film stars Tanvi Nagi and Anita Devgan and features Karamjit Anmol, Gurpreet Ghuggi, Nirmal Rishi and Seema Kaushal. The film has been written by Raju Verma and shot by Syed Tanveer Reyaz.

The poster of the film shows a flustered Anita Devgan being chased by Tanvi Nagi, Nirmal Rishi and others. As there are women across generations chasing her, one can assume that this will be a comedy featuring a feud between women.
