Heropanti 2 song 'DaFa Kar': Tiger Shroff takes a break from gravity-defying stunts to shake a leg

The first song 'DaFa Kar' from Tiger Shroff's Heropanti 2 (2022) shows him taking a break from acrobatic, gravity-defying stunts and shaking a leg with the film's leading lady, Tara Sutaria.

The fun dance number composed and sung by AR Rahman is infused with some electro-pop music.

The catchy song has some fun beats, but overall it lacks the usual charm of a Rahman composition. It is the innovative musical arrangement by Rahman that gives the song its repeat value.

Rahman's vocals add the required flair to this upbeat number. The lyrics by Mehboob Kotwal are average. But the biggest disappointment is the lacklustre choreography. The dance moves don't showcase Shroff's ability at all.

Though the song is no match to some of Rahman's previous compositions, it is still a lot better than many party songs we have heard in the past two or three years. Also, it's a relief to listen to an original composition instead of the remixed version of an old Hindi or Punjabi hit.
