Alia Bhatt’s character from Brahmastra revealed on her birthday; see video

With Alia Bhatt turning 29 today, the makers of her keenly awaited fantasy film Brahmastra (2022) have shared her first glimpse from the movie to mark the occasion.

Directed by Ayan Mukerji, the film also stars Ranbir Kapoor and Amitabh Bachchan.

The video takes the audience into the mysterious world of the film with heavy VFX. We see Bhatt’s character Isha in different looks and attires. She looks ravishing in all of them.

The actress offers different expressions in the video with astonisihment being a prominent one. We see her being in awe of the happenings around her. This indicates the mysterious nature of the film.

In the motion poster released in December last year, we heard Isha express surprise at the superpowers of Kapoor’s character. That hint of mystery is taken forward in this video.

An excited Bhatt shared the video on Twitter and wrote, “Happy birthday to me. Can’t think of a better day and a better way for you all to meet Isha. Ayan, my wonder boy. I love you. Thank you!” 

Brahmastra also features Shah Rukh Khan in a cameo. Karan Johar, the film’s producer, had said last year that the actor shot for the film for 15 days.

The film will finally be released on 9 September this year after having been in the making for seven years.
