The trailer of Anand L Rai's comedy-drama Raksha Bandhan gave us a clear idea that the film is about the attempts of a brother (Akshay Kumar) to find suitable grooms for his four young sisters.

Now, the makers have released the first song 'Tere Saath Hoon Main' which reveals that the eldest sister of the bunch finds a suitable groom and gets married. Composed by Himesh Reshammiya and sung by Nihal Tauro, the visuals of the emotional bidaai song depict the wedding functions and capture the tender bond between brother and sister.

We also see glimpses of the characters’ early years. From decorations to haldi rituals, the song captures what goes on in a family during wedding preparations.

Reshammiya's soothing yet simple tune is buttressed by the vocals of Nihal Tauro. Its a solo song and the new singer impresses with his soulful singing. Irshad Kamil's lyrics encapsulate the brother's unconditional love for his sister.

Produced by Aanand L Rai, and Himanshu Sharma, Raksha Bandhan, will be released in theatres on 11 August. Check out the song below and let us know if you are keen on watching the film.
