Vickida No Varghodo trailer: Another light-hearted film starring Malhar Thakar

The trailer of Vickida No Varghodo opens with preparations in full swing for the marriage of Vikas aka Vicky (Malhar Thakar). This is a set-up and Vicky, who doesn't know the bride, swears not to fall in love.

But just as he’s about to tie the knot, skeletons from his past come to the surface, thus creating a comedy of errors and confusion. There are now three young women in the picture — played by Monal Gajjar, Manasi Rachh and Jinal Belani — and it remains to be seen who Vicky will marry.

The dialogues in the trailer will make you chuckle. The trailer ends with the line, ‘Tu toh jeetine pan haari gayo, ulto baazigar nikdo [Even while you won, you lost. In fact, you turned out to be a gambler after all]’.

The performances look promising and the film seems to be a light-hearted watch. Thakkar, who came into the limelight with  Chhello Divas (2015), is one of the most prominent faces today of Gujarati cinema, and the actor is one of the major reasons why the film is highly anticipated.

Vickidas No Varghodo has been written and directed by Rahul Bhole and Vinit Kanojia who directed the National award-winning film Reva: A Journey Within (2018).
