Udan Patolas to be streamed for free on Amazon shopping app

Amazon miniTV, which is Amazon’s free video streaming service, has announced its next show, Udan Patolas.
The six-part series, which is filled with comedy, drama and romance, is about four women who hail from Punjab and are living their lives to the fullest in the big city. It revolves around their relationships, work-life situations and ambitions.
The series stars Apoorva Arora, Aastha Sidana, Poppy Jabbal and Sukhmani Sadana. Interestingly, Sadana has also written the show.
Udan Patolas is produced by Applause Entertainment in association with Sol Productions and directed by Shakti Sagar Chopra, who has helmed the television shows Ramayan and Hatim.
Girish Prabhu, head of Amazon Advertising said Udan Patolas reflects the voice of today’s generation of Indian women who are fiercely independent, are not afraid to speak their mind and believe in living life at the moment. "It is a fun, relatable story and will surely remind you about your close group of friends,” he said.

Udan Patolas will be premiered on 10 June.
