The teaser for the upcoming Gujarati film Raado (2022) sets up a scenario for war, although we aren’t aware whom with. The brief video indicates that the police and certain higher-ups might be involved in a larger nexus of illegal activities.
The description with the video states: Everybody believes they will survive, Until the predators arrive. Chaos is just a breath away... Now there will be RAADO!
The film’s title hints at a ruckus or larger fight and the visuals of men taking to the streets with weapons certainly supports that. One character asks another what happened, and the answer is, it will happen now.
Written and directed by Krishnadev Yagnik, Raado stars Hitu Kanodia, Yash Soni, Tarjanee Bhadla, Nikita Sharma, Bharat Chawda, Niilam Paanchal, Devarshi Shah, Prachi Thaker, Denisha Ghumra, Pratik Rathod, Rajan Thakar, Chetan Daiya, Gaurang Anand and Hiten Kumaar.
Produced by Munna Shukul and Jayesh Patel, Raado is due to be released in theatres on 22 July. Watch the teaser below and let us know if you are keen to see the film.
