OM: The Battle Within trailer: Aditya Roy Kapur tackles amnesia and more in this action thriller

The action film OM: The Battle Within (2022) stars Aditya Roy Kapur as a para-commando who sets out on a dangerous mission, only to lose his memory.

Sanjana Sanghi, who made her debut in Dil Bechara (2020), stars alongside Kapur as a confederate who aides him on his mission. The trailer also hints at Om’s past, which has a link to his mission as well.
 
This is the first action film for both Kapur and Sanghi and they take on the unknown as they try to complete the mission. Jackie Shroff stars as a missing nuclear scientist who might be a traitor, while Prakash Raj, Ashutosh Rana and Prachi Shah also have key parts in the drama.

However, the film sets up so many confusing narrative threads that it is hard to keep track to who is related to whom with regard to the plot. Directed by Kapil Verma, the story and screenplay has been written by Raj Saluja (Akshat) and Niket Pandey.
 
Produced by Zee Studios, Shaira Khan and Ahmed Khan, OM: The Battle Within is due to be released in cinemas on 1 July.
