Ekda Kaay Zala trailer: A father and son bond over fairy tales

Written and directed by Saleel Kulkarni, the film sees Sumeet Raghvan play a father who has started a special school for young children.

A father and son bond over fairy tales in Saleel Kulkarni's second directorial venture Ekda Kaay Zala.

Sumeet Raghvan plays a loving father, Kiran, who loves to narrate fairy tales to his young son Chintan (Arjun Purnpatre) and his friends. The trailer shows him starting a unique school, Nandanvan, for young children like his son.

The institute gives students complete freedom to play and learn skills. Chintan aspires to be like his father. But soon Chintan's other family members and Kiran also slowly start noticing that he is becoming too dependent on his father and wants to copy his behaviour and his attire.

The trailer does a good job of piquing the interest of viewers with an intriguing storyline. Along with Raghvan, Pushkar Shrotri, Urmilla Kothare, Mohan Agashe and Mukta Barve also seem to be playing an important role in the film.

Written, composed and directed by Saleel Kulkarni, the film will arrive in cinemas on 5 August.
