Amrinder Gill’s Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya to be released on 29 July

Punjabi singer-actor Amrinder Gill is all set to make his directorial debut in the Punjabi-language feature Chhalla Mud Ke Nahi Aaya.

The actor will also be playing the lead role in the film. Written by Amberdeep Singh, the film is presented by Rhythm Boyz and Amberdeep Films.

Singh shared the poster of the film, along with the release date of 29 July 2022, on Instagram.

The poster features Gill carrying a beaten-down suitcase, standing in a foreign locale, possibly England. From the faded look of the poster and the costumes of the people in the background, one can surmise that this will be a period film. Although the film had been announced some time back, it will finally hit theatres soon this year.

Gill has been seen in several successful Punjabi films including the series Chal Mera Putt (2019), Cha Mera Putt 2 (2020) and Chal Mera Putt 3 (2021).
