Actor and director Riddhi Sen has tested positive for COVID-19. The Kalaantar (2021) actor took to Facebook on Friday to inform his fans that he has gone into isolation and requested everyone who had come in contact with him to take precautions.
Sen, who has a mild sore throat and cough, underwent a COVID test after his mother, actress Reshmi Sen, tested positive for the virus.
Sen recently made his debut as a theatre director with the Swapnasandhani play Blank Fire, which starred his father Kaushik Sen.
The National award-winning actor has been nominated for the West Bengal Film Journalists’ Association (WBFJA) Award for Best Supporting Actor (Male) for his performance in Kamaleswar Mukherjee’s Anusandhan (2021).
