After canceling the theatrical release of the Hindi dubbed version of Allu Arjun's hit Ala Vaikunthapurramuloo (2020), the makers have decided to premiere it on Dhinchaak TV backed by Goldmines Telefilms on 6 February. The recently released trailer presents glimpses of the journey of Allu Arjun's character.
The trailer, which is packed with action, romance and comedy, has got all the commercial elements that promise a mass entertainer. Arjun plays the son of Murali Sharma's middle-class man. While Arjun believes in only speaking the truth, his father has no qualms lying.
There is also a romantic subplot between Arjun and Pooja Hegde. The trailer also features Tabu, Jayram and Samuthirakani who seems to be playing the main antagonist. The rest of the clip is packed with a couple of action and comedy sequences.
The film is jointly produced by Geetha Arts and Haarika and Haassinee Creations. Written and directed by Trivikram Srinivas, the film was released in theatres on 12 January 2020 and became the highest grossing film of Arjun's career till that point.
Producer Manish Shah of Goldmines Telefilms recently confirmed that the makers of the Hindi film Shehzada compensated him with Rs9 crore to cancel the release of the Hindi dubbed version in cinema halls. Watch the trailer below.
