Samantha to appear in special number in Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger?

Samantha may be roped in to appear in a special number in Vijay Deverakonda’s Liger if the industry grapevine is anything to go by.

After the phenomenal response to the song 'Oo Antava' from Allu Arjun’s Pushpa, it is believed that director Puri Jagannadh has approached the artiste, who was featured in the number, with an offer. 

As per a report by India Today, the actress is in huge demand for special numbers after the success of 'Oo Antava'. 

Samantha is currently holidaying in Switzerland and has been posting pictures on Instagram.

The makers of Pushpa paid the actress a whopping Rs5 crore for accepting to do 'Oo Antava'. 

Liger stars Vijay as a mixed martial artist with a stutter. The actor underwent training in Thailand to prepare for the role. Meanwhile, Karan Johar has come on board to release the film in Hindi.

“The film, which also stars Ananya Panday, is being shot simultaneously in Telugu and Hindi and will be dubbed into other regional languages as well.
