What The Folks (Season 4) trailer: The family plans for a wedding and a baby with mixed feelings

In the fourth and final season of What The Folks, Nikhil (Veer Rajwant Singh) and Anita (Eisha Chopra) break the news to their family that they are adopting a child. Meanwhile, Anita’s sister Akshata (Anula Navlekar) has news of her own; her long-time boyfriend Sid (Ravjeet Singh) finally proposes.

It’s double celebration time then for the Sharmas. But Anita’s parents, played by Deepika Amin and Nitesh Pandey, look into the upcoming nuptials as they don’t know Sid and his family that well. The crazy scenarios lead to Nikhil checking up on his future brother-in-law and Akshata getting more and more stressed about the wedding.

Nikhil and Anita also have their own trepidations as they become parents by adoption, as their nerves begin to settle. Anita deals with the stress of potentially becoming a mother overnight.

Sid, meanwhile, seems to develop cold feet. Will it be happily ever after for the couple?

The final season looks at the extended family and the Sharma sisters as they handle momentous events in their lives. The Dice Media web-series, directed by Mandar Kurundhar, handles these matters like before, with heart and humour.
