The teaser of the comedy-drama Luckdown introduces us to Vasu (Ankush Chaudhari), a 34-year-old bachelor who is desperate to lose his single status.
According to his horoscope, if he goes on a honeymoon before turning 35, his luck will turn around. Finally, his wish is fulfilled and he is wed to a beautiful young woman (Prajakta Mali).
When everything seems to be going smoothly for Vasu, the Maharashtra government announces a 21-day lockdown to curb the spread of COVID-19. Now, all the close relatives who attended the wedding are forced to stay in the same house for 21 days until normalcy prevails.

This is Chaudhari and Mali's first collaboration and frankly, it's too early to form an opinion about the couple's chemistry. Chaudhari is known for his comic timing and he appears to be in form.
Luckdown features Shubha Khote, Priya Arun, Ruchira Jadhav, Sanjay Mone, Sanjay Khapre and Omkar Raut.
Written by Ravindra Mathadhikari and directed by Santosh Manjrekar, the film will be released in theatres on 25 February.
