Mandy Takhar and Gurnam Bhullar's Punjabi film goes on floors

With the winding down of all COVID-related restrictions, a slew of Punjabi films are being shot and have been lined up for release.
The latest film to go on floors is the Punjabi language film by Shri Narotam Ji Studios, starring Mandy Takhar and Gurnam Bhullar.
Referred to as Production No 1 for now, the film will be released on 29 July 2022. Mandy Takhar shared the news on Instagram.
The film has been written and directed by Rakesh Dhawan, whose film Aaja Mexico Challiye, starring Ammy Virk, was released in theatres last week.

Shri Narotam Ji Studios also put out a video sharing the behind-the-scenes preparation for the shoot of the film. The video shows food being made, prayers being offered, costumes being stitched and ironed and sets being erected.
