Winning 4 awards for 8 Don 75 is like a dream come true, says Shubhankar Tawade


Directed by Sushrut Bhagwat, 8 Don 75 also stars Sanskruti Balgude, Chinmay Sant and Sanjay Mone.

Shubhankar Tawade, who rose to fame with Makarand Mane's political drama Kaagar (2019), has bagged four international awards for his upcoming film 8 Don 75.

Tawade bagged the Best Actor award at the Indo-French International Film Festival, the Druk International Film Festival and the Gangtok International Film Festival and the Best Supporting Actor award at the Birsamunda International Film Festival.

Directed by Sushrut Bhagwat, 8 Don 75 has won 65 awards at various national and international film festivals so far.

Expressing his gratitude, Tawade said in a statement, "It is the desire of every actor that audiences from all over the world get a chance to see his work. I was happy to hear that my acting was appreciated in many places. But beyond that, to get four awards is like a dream come true for me."

Along with Tawade, 8 Don 75 stars Sanskruti Balgude, Chinmay Sant, Sanjay Mone, Anand Ingle and Sharvani Pillai.

The film has been produced by Lokesh Mangade, Vikas Hande and Sudhir Kolte under the banner Udaharnarth Nirmit.
