Saif Ali Khan looks tough, determined as Vikram Vedha character

Last month, Hrithik Roshan’s first look from Vikram Vedha was released. Now, his co-star Saif Ali Khan's on-screen avatar has been revealed.

The Hindi film is a remake of the 2017 Tamil thriller of the same name, which starred R Madhavan and Vijay Sethupathi as Vikram and Vedha respectively. 

Khan appears lean and tough as the titular Vikram. His body language and expression indicate that he means business. His dark glasses also remind us of his character from Abbas-Mustan’s Race (2008) and Race 2 (2013). 

Vikram Vedha is the story of a cop named Vikram who is hell-bent on nabbing a dreaded criminal called Vedha and actually succeeds. The story is inspired by Indian folklore.

The Hindi remake has been directed by Pushkar and Gayathri, who also helmed the Tamil movie. 

The film will see Hrithik and Khan reuniting two decades after their first film together Na Tum Jaano Na Hum (2002), which also starred Esha Deol. 

Vikram Vedha also stars Sharib Hashmi, Radhika Apte, Rohit Saraf and Yogita Bihani.
