Shooting has been completed for Woh Ladki Hai Kahan?, starring Taapsee Pannu and Pratik Gandhi.
The film’s stars, along with the makers, attended a wrap party at Mumbai’s Olive Bar & Kitchen.
Produced by Junglee Pictures and Roy Kapur Films, the feature also stars Prateik Babbar and Harleen Sethi. The comedy-drama has been written and directed by Arshad Syed.
First-time co-stars Pannu and Gandhi play a police officer and a newlywed scion respectively who team up to hunt down a missing bride.
It is not clear what characters Babbar and Sethi will be essaying. Woh Ladki Hai Kahan?, which was announced a year ago, was shot in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
Pannu had earlier said, “Playing a policewoman and doing a comedy film has always been on my checklist and I am happy that it is finally ticked off. Arshad has written an amazing script with great comic quirks and also a lot of heart, which I am looking forward to.”
Gandhi, who plays the heir to a 'masala' magnate in the film, had added. “My character in Woh Ladki Hai Kahaan? is very different from anything I have ever done before, and that is very exciting.”
Woh Ladki Hai Kahan? is expected to be released later this year.
