Neeru Bajwa-starrer Kali Jotta to be released on 11 March

Neeru Bajwa starrer Punjabi language film Kali Jotta has been given a new release date.

The actress shared the information on Instagram with her fans, saying, “We are coming March 11, 2022 … appa ready ah ji … so excited to share this with you 🙏🏼❤️ our team has literally given blood and sweat for this film and some gaalian from our families lol (sic)”.

Helmed by Vijay Kumar Arora and written by Harinder Kour, Kali Jota also stars Satinder Sartaaj and Wamiqa Gabbi. The poster of the film features a couple standing on a single frayed thread, suggesting strained relationships.

Bajwa has several releases lined up this year, including the much-awaited Snowman with Gippy Grewal and Jazzy B, as well as Kokka where she will be seen alongside Gurnam Bhullar. 

As a result of theatres opening up in most parts of the country, the makers of several Punjabi films are announcing their release dates in quick succession.
