Mera Vyah Kara Do trailer: Mandy Takhar turns bad to get a good groom

The Punjabi-language feature Mera Vyah Kara Do, starring Dilpreet Dhillon and Mandy Takhar, is the story of a girl next door who edits her matrimonial profile with racy pictures and comments. This bad girl image works in her favour but also creates chaos in her life.

The Zee5 original film has been directed by Sunill Khosla and features Hobby Dhaliwal, Sunny Gill and Rupinder Rupi.

Khosla shared the first look poster of the film on Instagram. The colourful image features Takhar dressed as a bride and Dhillon presented in two different looks. 

The trailer features Takhar looking glamorous in different outfits and partying with her friends. But her mother is told that she must get her daughter married as soon as possible or there would be terrible consequences. Takhar has an online profile made for matrimony and puts up a bad girl image which attracts a number of suitors. However, things do not go as planned. The trailer shows her falling in love and facing heartbreak as well. The comedy seems to have several twists and turns as the end of the trailer features her being chased by many prospective grooms who turn up for the wedding.

Mera Vyah Kara Do will be premiered on 18 February 2022 on Zee5.
