Boyz 3 teaser 2: Vidula Chougule is the female entrant in the teen franchise

The makers of Boyz 3 recently teased the fans by sharing the picture of the film’s actress, who is a new cast member, without her face. This led to a lot of speculations on who the actress might be. In the teaser of the movie, we get to know that she is played by newcomer Vidula Chougule. 

Although this is her first Marathi movie, the young actress is known for her work in the long-running Colors Marathi show Jeev Zala Yeda Pisa, which is now off-air. 

The teaser introduces Chougule as a traditional and cultured girl taking part in a puja. But we soon get to know that she will also be seen as a contemporary modern girl who doesn’t mind being aggressive and giving someone an earful. 

Boyz 3 also shows the return of its three main leads, Parth Bhalerao, Pratik Lad and Sumant Shinde. The three actors played school students in the first film Boyz (2017). Similarly, they were in college in the second film, which released in 2018. The previous teaser for the film showed the three characters being introduced wearing mundus.

The teaser doesn’t do much other than introducing the female lead played by Chougule. We will need to wait for the trailer to know the next adventure of this trio. 

Directed by Vishal Sakharam Devrukhkar, Boyz 3 is due to be released in theatres on 16 September.
