Tarsem Jassar and Neeru Bajwa rock some cool vibes in the peppy title track of Maa Da Ladla (2022). Directed by Uday Pratap Singh and written by Jagdeep Warring, the Punjabi film is presented by Vehli Janta Films and Omjee Star Studios.

Sung by Tarsem Jassar and Mehar Vaani, the lyrics of the song are by Jassar and Jagdeep Warring. The catchy, upbeat music of the track by Dr Zeus makes it a good number to groove to.

The song opens with visuals of London, England and we see the cast all dressed in black on the streets, dancing to the song. The cast is seen at some of the iconic spots in the city, having a blast.

The song features a female rap section by Mehar, where Jassar’s mother is asking people to please give her son a job! The song describes the characteristics of a spoiled son and in another section of the rap, Bajwa is talking about Jassar and his personality.

Although much has not been revealed about the film yet, Jassar had shared the poster of the film which features a young boy, who is being fought over by two sides, who might just be the boy’s parents. Jassar is on one side while Bajwa is on the other.

In his post on Instagram, Jassar revealed that he plays a very different character in the film and that the role has been a challenging one for him. The cast also features Nirmal Rishi, Iftikhar Thakur, Sukhwinder Chahal, and Rupinder Rupi.

Maa Da Ladla is due to be released in theatres on 16 September. Check out the song below and let us know if you are keen to see the film.
