Earlier in the year, it was learnt that Salman Khan’s upcoming movie Kabhi Eid Kabhi Diwali will have a new title. The actor has revealed that the film is now called Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan (2023).

The actor made the announcement after completing 34 years in the Hindi film industry earlier this week. His debut film Biwi Ho To Aisi (1988) had released on 22 August 34 years ago. Khan played a supporting role in the film that starred Rekha and Farooq Shaikh in pivotal roles.

Khan made the announcement through a video on social media where he wrote, “34 years ago was now and 34 years later is also now. My life’s journey began from nowhere; made up of two words – now and here. Thank you for being with me then which was now and thank you for being with me now. Really appreciate it.”

The video displays Khan’s look from the film in long hair and sunglasses. It also features the opening lines of the film’s title song.

Kisi Ka Bhai Kisi Ki Jaan is directed by Farhad Samji and also stars Pooja Hegde, Shehnaaz Gill and Rohit Kadudeshmukh.

Khan will be making his Telugu debut in the Chiranjeevi-starrer Godfather (2022) which is due to be released on 5 October. He was last seen in Antim: The Final Truth (2021) directed by Mahesh Manjrekar.
