Satyaprem Ki Katha, starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, to be released on 29 June 2023

Satyaprem Ki Katha (2023), starring Kartik Aaryan and Kiara Advani, and directed by Sameer Vidwans will be releasing on 29 June 2023. The film is produced by Sajid Nadiadwala, in collaboration with Namah Pictures.

The production company, Nadiadwala Grandson made the announcement on Twitter, writing, “Enter the world of a musical love story, Satyaprem Ki Katha in theatres near you on 29th June 2023”

Originally titled Satyanarayan Ki Katha, the title of the film was changed so as to avoid hurting people’s sentiments since Satyanarayan Ki Katha, is the story of Satyanarayan, which is also the name for the Hindu god, Vishnu.

Sameer Vidwans, who has previously directed Marathi-language films and web-series, will be making his Hindi film debut with the upcoming project.

Recently, Advani had revealed a glimpse of the screenplay written by Karan Shrikant Sharma on her Instagram Stories and marked the photograph as 'Step 1: Prep'.

A musical love story, Satyaprem Ki Katha brings Kartik and Advani together for the second time after their latest venture, the horror comedy Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 (2022).
