Recently, Pankaj Tripathi stated that the audience is able to connect with his character Madhav Mishra from Criminal Justice franchise because he is very much like a common man who can be found traveling in Mumbai’s local trains.
The actor has now said that he is able to relate with his character since he personally shares similar traits with him.
“I am very similar to Madhav Mishra,” Tripathi shared in a statement. “Just like him, I can also keep my cool in the face of challenging situations. I tell myself that things will get better with time so I need not worry too much. I have always believed that it is important to keep your patience and cool. When you lose it, it leads to more chaos.”
Tripathi and his character Madhav are returning for the third season of the show titled Criminal Justice: Adhura Sach (2022). This time, he will tackle the complicated case of a child artiste being murdered and her brother being the primary suspect.
The new season will bring in a new names to the cast including Shweta Basu Prasad, Swastika Mukherjee, Purab Kohli, Addinath Kothare and Gaurav Gera. Kalyanee Mulay and Khushboo Atre will also reprise their characters of a police officer and Madhav’s wife respectively.
