Bhau Kadam has a double role in Ghe Double

Comedy star Bhalchandra aka Bhau Kadam will be seen in a double role for the first time in the upcoming Marathi movie Ghe Double (2022). Produced by Jyoti Deshpande and Jio Studios, the movie is directed by Vishwas Joshi and also stars Bhushan Patil. 

The makers have revealed a funny poster of the film with Kadam in a dual appearance. One is seen in formal attire while the other dressed more casually in a leather jacket. The guitar in his hand and the rockstar image indicates Kadam is playing a musical artiste in the film. 

The poster also sees the image of Patil twice. While his one appearance is in a formal suit, the other appears like a street smart personality. But the makers haven’t confirmed whether he too is playing a double role in the movie. 

Speaking about the film, director Joshi said in a statement, “Jio Studios has been trying to make films on different subjects. They are now presenting our comedy movie Ghe Double. This is a purely entertaining family film where Bhau Kadam and Bhushan Patil will impress with their humour. I am sure the film will provide double entertainment to the audience.” 

Ghe Double is due to be released in theatres on 30 September.
