Amazon Prime Video will premiere the film Oh My Dog on 21 April.
Produced by 2D Entertainment, the film, which has been written and directed by Sarov Shanmugam, will be released in Tamil and Telugu.
The family entertainer features a grandfather, father and son — Vijaykumar, Arun Vijay and Arnav Vijay — with the latter making his debut as an actor.

According to the makers, Oh My Dog is a heart-warming tale about a young boy Arjun (Arnav) and a blind puppy Simba. The streaming platform stated that the plot “delves into their world of desires, priorities, caring, courage, victory, disappointments, friendship, sacrifice, unconditional love and loyalty”.
The bilingual film has been produced by Jyotika and Suriya and is co-produced by Rajsekar Karpoorasundarapandian and SR Ramesh Babu of RB Talkies.
The film’s music has been scored by Nivas Prasanna, while Gopinath is the cinematographer. Oh My Dog is the last project included in the four-film deal between Amazon Prime Video and 2D Entertainment.
