Shriya Pilgaonkar, Varun Mitra star in Amazon Prime Video’s Guilty Minds

Amazon Prime Video is all set to put out its first Indian legal drama, Guilty Minds.

Directed by Shefali Bhushan and co-directed by Jayant Digambar Samalkar, the web-series stars Shriya Pilgaonkar and Varun Mitra. 

The show features Namrata Sheth, Sugandha Garg, Kulbhushan Kharbanda, Satish Kaushik, Benjamin Gilani, Virendra Sharma, Diksha Juneja, Pranay Pachauri, Deepak Kalra and Chitrangada Satrupa. Shakti Kapoor, Karishma Tanna and Suchitra Krishnamoorthi will make guest appearances. 

A statement from the makers read, “The legal drama follows the journey of two young and ambitious lawyers. While one is the epitome of virtue, the other is associated with a leading law firm, dealing with all shades of grey.” 

Shefali Bhushan made her directorial debut with the movie Jugni (2016). Guilty Minds is her maiden web-series. She also has another web show in the making, Men’s REA, which also stars Pilgaonkar. 

Mitra got his big break in Mahesh Bhatt’s Jalebi (2018), which also starred Rhea Chakraborty. He is also a part of the Kangana Ranaut-starrer Tejas. 

Guilty Minds will be streamed on Amazon Prime Video from 22 April.
