Samantha reunites with Vijay Deverakonda for Shiva Nirvana film 

Samantha Ruth Prabhu and Vijay Deverakonda, who worked together in the Savitri biopic Mahanati (2018), are reuniting for a Telugu family entertainer that will be directed by Shiva Nirvana.

This will be the actress’s second project with Shiva after the romantic sports film Majili (2019). 

The filmmaker took to Twitter to announce the project. He said that he was looking forward to working with Vijay and Samantha. 

Sharing Shiva’s tweet, Samantha wrote, “Such a special team to be a part of. Can’t wait (sic).” 

Several fans replied to her tweet stating that they couldn’t wait to see Vijay and her together on the silver screen.

Samantha is looking forward to the release of her magnum opus Shakuntalam.

The film, produced on a massive budget by Gunasekhar himself, will be released in Hindi, Tamil, Malayalam and Kannada. 

She also awaits the release of the Tamil romantic comedy Kaathu Vaakula Rendu Kaadhal. The film, which has been directed by Vignesh Shivn, also stars Vijay Sethupathi and Nayanthara.

It was revealed recently that Samantha will make her international film debut in Arrangements of Love, which will be directed by Downton Abbey creator Philip John. 

As per Variety magazine, the project will be produced by Sunita Tati, who had previously worked with Samantha on Oh! Baby, a Telugu adaptation of the Korean comedy Miss Granny.
