Kiara Advani has paranormal encounter in Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2; see motion poster

The makers of Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2 released the teaser of the film, featuring Kartik Aaryan and Rajpal Yadav, last week. They have now shared the first glimpse of Kiara Advani from the film with a motion poster. She has been cast opposite Kartik for the first time in this movie. 

We see her face frozen in terror with the franchise’s iconic and haunting song “Aami Che Tomar” playing in the background. Suddenly, a scary-looking hand, which appears to be demonic, appears above her head.

For those not in the know, Vidya Balan’s character in the first film of the franchise, when possessed, used to sing the Bengali song. The first film was directed by Priyadarshan and it starred Akshay Kumar along with Shiney Ahuja, Paresh Rawal and Ameesha Patel. The sequel has been helmed by Anees Bazmee. 

Bhool Bhulaiyaa was the official Hindi remake of filmmaker Fazil’s Malayalam psychological drama Manichitrathazhu (1993).

In Bhool Bhulaiyaa 2, Kartik plays Akshay's character. The sequel sees Yadav reprise his role as Chhote Pandit.
