Prithviraj Sukumaran has wrapped up the shooting of his second directorial venture Bro Daddy starring Mohanlal.
Prithviraj took to Twitter to announce the pack-up and express gratitude to his team. “Done! 2nd directorial!" he tweeted. "It’s been such a joy to watch him have so much fun in front of the camera! Thank you cheta Mohanlal.” He also thanked producer Anthony Perumbavoor for “having so much faith and conviction” in him, and the “fantastic cast, and a superb crew”.

The film went on the floors on 15 July in Hyderabad, Telangana. Bro Daddy is a family drama scripted by first-timers Sreejith N and Bibin Maliekal. The film also stars Kalyani Priyadarshan, Unni Mukundan, Murali Gopy, Kaniha, Soubin Shahir and Lalu Alex.
Bro Daddy is produced by Antony Perumbavoor under the banner of Aashirvad Cinemas. This is Prithviraj's second film as director after the blockbuster action thriller Lucifer (2019), which also starred Mohanlal. A sequel to the film has already been announced.
Meanwhile, Prithviraj has Kaduva, Jana Gana Mana and a few other acting commitments lined up.
