Alia Bhatt wraps up shooting for maiden production venture Darlings

The dark comedy, which also stars Vijay Varma, Shefali Shah and Roshan Mathew, went on the floors in July.

The shoot of Alia Bhatt's maiden production venture Darlings has concluded. Bhatt, who is also playing a lead role in the film, shared a video on Instagram on Tuesday, which offered glimpses of the shoot.  

Sharing the video, she wrote "Darlings, it's a wrap!! We have done our best to make a film that we are hoping you will love! See you at the movies (sic)."

Darlings is a dark comedy, written and directed by Jasmeet K Reen. The film which also features Vijay Varma, Shefali Shah and Roshan Mathew, went on the floors in July. It has been co-produced by Shah Rukh Khan’s Red Chillies Entertainment and Bhatt's home banner Eternal Sunshine Productions.

Meanwhile, last month, the actress began shooting for Karan Johar's next directorial venture, Rocky Aur Rani Ki Prem Kahani.

Bhatt will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali's Gangubai Kathiawadi, SS Rajamouli's RRR, and Farhan Akhtar's Jee Le Zaraa.
