The Amitabh Bachchan and Emraan Hashmi-starrer Chehre, which has been running in theatres for a week, has managed to collect only Rs2.80 crore, according to the trade website BoxOfficeIndia.com.

After seeing a slow start at the box office, the film has failed to make much of a dent, collecting Rs2.20 crore nett in its first four days.

Meanwhile, Akshay Kumar's Bell Bottom managed to collect Rs7 crore in the second week, taking its total collection to Rs25.77 crore. The espionage thriller has overtaken Roohi to become the highest-grossing Hindi film of the year.

It will be interesting to see if the film can reach the Rs30 crore milestone, given the tough competition from Hollywood films such as F9 and Shang-Chi and the Legend of the Ten Rings.

F9, a ninth film in the Fast and Furious franchise, which has a huge following in India, collected Rs1.75 crore on the first day, despite the film being available on the Internet for weeks.
