Singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s debut movie ran into trouble with the censor board and was delayed.

Punjabi singer Sidhu Moose Wala’s debut movie, Moosa Jatt, will be released in India on 8 October.
The movie was originally slated to be released on 1 October but was delayed as the makers were not able to acquire the certification from the Central Board of Film Certification (CBFC) in time. However, the movie has acquired the certification and will be released soon.
Producer Rrupaali Gupta shared the news on Instagram with a poster and a video mentioning the new release date.
Directed by Dilsher Singh and Khushpal Singh, Moosa Jatt has been written by Gurinder Dimpy and stars Pardeep Brar, Sweetaj Brar and Mandeep Singh.
The story of the movie revolves around farmers and Moose Wala plays an orphan who finds out that his family died because of a group that was cheating the cultivators of their land. He then sets out to avenge their deaths.
