Filming has begun for the supernatural thriller Adbhut starring Nawazuddin Siddiqui and Shreya Dhanwanthary.

It will be a thrilling process of exploring such a character with Director @sabbir24x7

The clip begins in a dark room with Siddiqui asking someone whether they can see anything; to which a female voice responds "nothing". As he switches on the light, we see Shreya Dhanwanthary and Rohan Mehra in front of him in a room. Siddiqui's character reveals to the couple that "just because you can't see it, doesn't mean it's not there". The clip cuts to Diana Penty travelling on a winding road in a dense forest.
This clip hints that the film is about the supernatural and Siddiqui seems to be playing a paranormal investigator. This is Siddiqui's second film in this genre after Aatma (2013).
Adbhut has been written and directed by Sabbir Khan who is known for helming action films such as Heropanti (2014) and Baaghi (2016). This is Khan's first foray into the horror genre.
Adbhut is being jointly produced by Sony Pictures Films India and Sabbir Khan Films. This is their second collaboration after Khan's yet-to-be-released feature Nikamma, starring Shilpa Shetty, Abhimanyu Dasani and Shirley Setia.
