Hoichoi has launched the poster of its upcoming series Indu, starring Ishaa Saha.
Directed by Sayantan Ghosal, the series features Manali Dey, Suhotra Mukhopadhyay and Manasi Sinha.
In the poster, the titular character is seen as a typical Bengali bride, performing a ritual called Subho Drishti. Normally, the bride enters the wedding venue with her visage covered by betel leaves before the groom gets to see her face on the wedding night. However, as Indu reveals her face, she looks somewhat anxious.
Scripted by the writers of Hello and Paap, the series sees the woman experience strange occurrences at her in-laws' home since the day of her marriage.
The thriller delves into how Indu eventually copes with all the drama that surrounds the family.
