Contemporary stories about friendship have been told in quite a few movies and web-series. But most of these stories are about male bonding. Planet Marathi’s latest web show, Tuzi Mazi Yari, revolves around the bond between two young women, played by Meera Jagganath and Snehal Salunkhe. The two of them are not just close friends but also roommates, living in a city in Maharashtra.
Tuzi Mazi Yari depicts the various ups and downs not only in their relationship but also in their respective personal lives.
Meera and Salunkhe seem perfect for their roles as their chemistry is clearly visible. The two also seem to have given decent performances.
The trailer, which is more like a teaser, is short and packed with too many scenes. Also, the loud background music doesn’t work.
Tuzi Mazi Yari marks the directorial debut of Tushar Ghadigaonkar while the show has been produced by Sainath Rajadhyaksha.
