Aishwarya Dhanush to direct a Tamil-Telugu bilingual film

Filmmaker Aishwarya Dhanush, best known for her Tamil directorial debut film 3 (2012), is all set to direct a Telugu-Tamil bilingual flick now. With this project, Aishwarya will return to direction after six years.
Aishwarya last directed the Tamil thriller Vai Raja Vai (2015) starring Gautham Karthik, Priya Anand and Taapsee Pannu.
The announcement of Aishwarya’s new project was made in a statement. The film will be produced by Lyca Productions.
The official announcement was shared by the production house's social media handles: 'Lyca Productions' producers Subaskaran and Mahaveer Jain sign Aishwaryaa R Dhanush to direct a bilingual thriller, written by Sanjeev. This family entertainer will be presented by Lyca Productions,' the production house tweeted. Further details are awaited.

In 2017, Aishwarya made a documentary titled Cinema Veeran, on the lives of stunt choreographers in Tamil cinema.
