Family Drama trailer: A dysfunctional clan is forced to band together to face a malevolent foe

Meher Tej's Family Drama, which will arrive on SonyLIV on 29 October, seems like a quirky, scary and dramatic film. 

The trailer is a montage of sequences involving a strange man (Suhas). In the clip, the viewer is shown his whimsical actions as well as reports of a serial killer being on the loose in the city. Meanwhile, in another part of the city, a dysfunctional family tries trying s to come to terms with its problems. Sadly, that is easier said than done. An oppressive patriarch and suspicious couples add to the volatile mix. 

This mix turns dangerous when the serial killer somehow finds his way into the family, posing a threat to the very existence of its members, and they need to find a way to save themselves. 

According to the makers, the dysfunctional family’s unusual drama gradually turns into a dark psychotic thriller when the wives of the two sons come to terms with their household’s sordid past. As their family’s true nature comes to light, so does the determination of the wives to resolve this situation.

The trailer looks intriguing, but also whimsical. There is an undertone of dark humour and sarcasm.
